Rodent damage

Rats and mice cause a major loss of food in India. While eating our food, they spoil it by contamination with their feces, urine. They also damage our buildings by burrowing and gnawing activity. Rodent will gnaw through many types of materials in order to reach a location.

How to identify rat and mouse infestation ?

• You may not see a mouse or rat unless an infestation is severe. Look for signs of rat or mouse infestation
• Rodent droppings around food packages, in drawers, cupboards, and under the sink
• Nesting material such as shredded paper, fabric, or died plant material
• Signs of chewing food materials and Stale smells coming from hidden areas

How to prevent rodents?

1. By removing food and water sources, and items that can provide them shelter.
2. Seal holes inside and outside the home to keep rodents out
3. Remove potential rodent nesting sites from your home
4. Clean up food and water in and near your house.
5. Keep kitchen garbage in containers with tight lids
6. Stop feeding outdoor birds or dogs while you are controlling an infestation
7. Holes chewed through walls and floors that create entry points into home
